SEND Information & Documents
We work within the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead guidance on provision for children with SEND in mainstream schools, which explains the ways pupils with different additional needs are provided for within the school. We also follow our ‘Equality and Disability’ policy and we also have an ‘Accessibility Strategy and Action Plan.
We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive ethos throughout our school community. We believe that inclusion is closely linked to diversity and equality, which we actively promote for all children in our care, regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, impairment, achievement, or background. We are committed to providing adaptive support and ensuring the high achievement of all learner groups.
Our goals
- To meet and support each child’s individual needs so they feel happy, confident, and valued.
- To treat every child as an individual and encourage them to reach their fullest potential as valued members of our community and society.
- To help every child achieve their academic potential, access the full curriculum, and be well-prepared for the next stage in their education.
We adhere to the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead's guidance on provision for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Our school maintains strong partnerships with external agencies that offer additional advice and support. We also have access to advisory teachers and educational psychologists employed by the local authority.
