School history & development plan

Our doors opened in September 2014 with just one Reception class; since then we have grown organically year on year reaching full capacity in September 2020.

When the school first opened it was sited on Hibbert Road in the old Winbury School building. In 2016 we moved into temporary accommodation for three years before finally celebrating the completion of our permanent home back in the Braywick Nature Reserve in November 2019. Our beautiful new state of the art building provides us with an inspirational learning environment and is something we are all extremely proud of.

In December 2020 we expanded to include a preschool ,and since then we have provided an outstanding education for our local community from the ages of 2-11yrs. Children who attend our Preschool get the absolute best start to their education. Those who transfer to Braywick Court School do so with confidence and ease.

Development plan

We are constantly reviewing our educational offer exploring ways in which we can strengthen it, so that we are providing the very best education possible for all children.

Each year, during this process we produce a School Development Plan highlighting areas for improvement we want to focus on. Please contact the main office for a copy of the latest development plan.
